Physical Fitness and Adaptive Sports
Our Focus: Improve both mental and physical health through exercise and sports.
What We Do: Offers regular fitness programs, and sports leagues ( with upcoming adaptive sports for disabled veterans) to build community and improve overall wellness.
How we Implement: We Start with community-based fitness classes or work with local gyms, then grow into offering more structured programs like veteran running clubs or adaptive sports. While providing the different sporting leagues such as flag football, basketball, soccer and dodgeball plus more to come.

Mental Health and Wellness Workshops
Focus: Provide mental health education and support to veterans, addressing issues like PTSD, anxiety, depression, and isolation.
What We Do: Organizes group therapy wether in person or over zoom, wellness activities, and mental health workshops to help veterans maintain mental wellness.
How we Implement: Partnering with local mental health professionals, we create peer support groups, or offer virtual therapy sessions and veteran meditation programs.

Peer Mentorship Program
Our Focus: Connect newly returning veterans with other veterans who have successfully transitioned into civilian life.
What It Does: This helps new veterans navigate the complex systems of healthcare, employment, and benefits. Offers emotional support from someone who understands their experience.
How we Implement: By volunteer veteran mentors, provide training, and organize regular meetups or online mentoring sessions. This allows for a better transition for veterans that have struggled to handled the complexed civilian side..
